Concerning this INTERSPEECH
2014
presentation, a general archive software was adapted. Please follow the
indications given below how to use the interface.
Select "Layout" in the menu,
then select an appropriate form of presentation according to your
needs.
Above all, go to:
(1) "Mini" for an overview of the spectra as thumbnails
(2) "M" ("medium") for
a display of the vowel spectrum and the LPC curve;
from the "Mini" Layout, you can also click on a spectrum to display it in the "M" layout
(3) "L" ("large") for a
display of details of the acoustic analysis; from the "M" Layout, you can also
click on a spectrum to display it in the
"L" layout; to return from "L" to "M", just click again on the
illustration
Select Records per Pages in the menu, then set the number of pictures to be displayed within the frame of one page. This option is useful to adapt the presentation to your screen size, to the speed of your internet connection and to your work approach.
The navigation (top, on the left) allows for a page turning within a layout of presentation. The actual page displayed as well as the number of pages of the selection are indicated in the first line on the top. You can switch directly to a page if you type the page number in the corresponding page number field.
Click on
in the top line to hide the menu. If you want to display the menu again, then click on > .Select Settings in the menu to alter the colour scheme (colours of background and font), the font size, the layout orientation, the layout for picture series (preselection) and the time intervall for the show mode.
Please consider the functionalities of your browser to hide bars or to switch to a full screen mode.
The settings of the archive and the paper are independent of each other.
JavaScript must be activated, and Cookies must be allowed.
If you switch from a layout to a list of titles or categories or statistical information, in the menu, the actual selection of sounds will be indicated. You may return to view the graphic illustrations by clicking on this temporary menu item.
